Price & Packaging
At £24.50 for 12ml this is pretty expensive for what you get. If you use it sparingly mixing it with other products you can get a good 2 to 3 months out of it. If you use it everyday it lasts about 6 weeks or so, definitely no more than 2 months. The packaging design like all Benefit products is very pretty. It is a plastic tube with a twist push applicator. This allows you to use a small amount and not waste any. Also means it is easy to travel with. Downside is you can't see inside the packaging and I've known a few cases of the twist motion breaking meaning you can't get to the rest of the product inside.
Review
This is Benefits newer formula of That Girl Primer.  The product is advertised as something you use on top of your makeup as a type of highlighter or to use on bare skin to give a dewy complexion.   Personally I like to use it instead mixed in with a primer under my makeup to give a subtle glow. I've read a lot of reviews that criticize the product for rubbing off makeup when using on top of foundation, and for this reason I have stayed clear from doing this. As a primer used on its own I don't think it makes a huge difference to staying power, and that is why i mix it with a primer. The best suggestion seems to be that it should be dabbed lightly on the tops of the cheekbones or on the brow bone instead, although a lot of people point out this is just the same as Benefit's Moon Beam Highlighter. I found that mixing it with a primer (Mac Prep & Prime) the product gives a nice pinky warm tone pearlescent glow to foundation and gives longer staying power to your makeup. In comparison to Benefit's "That Girl" primer, "Girl Meets Pearl" is more of a highlighter, the former being a cool tone primer that is more of a product used for staying power (and if that is what your after I'd say buy "That Girl" instead). If you want to use it on bare skin to give yourself a dewy complexion I'd advise mixing a Small amount in with your usual moisturiser. This not only will help you use the product sparingly and it will last longer, it will help you avoid having a bright pinky pearly sheen all over your face. The consistency is a light shimmery cream that smells nice and is very light on the skin. Perfect for anyone who doesn't want to cake their face in product. I do think this is expensive and not really that value for money, but saying that I would purchase it again. It is a great product for special occasions and is a great way to perk up the skin if you look tired or dull. The "That Girl" primer is the better option for staying power though, and I wouldn't use this product alone as a primer. I've used Soap & Glory's "Bright Here, Bright Now" and feel this gives the same results (albeit not so pearlescent) as this product and is much cheaper and better value for money ( A tube lasts about a year). That is a better option if you want a product to use all over your face or use without foundation.
