I wasn't really that happy with the contents of this months box, and looking at the other options of what I could have got I'm a bit bitter that I didn't get the other stuff instead. The name "Detox Box" isn't really accurate, there's nothing in the box that could fit into this category. Probably the best product in this box is the MONU Micro Exfoliant; I'm a big fan of the MONU range so am pleased that I get to try a new product. Murad is a brand I wanted to love but the products I've tried have been a bit lack luster so far, so hopefully the eye cream will be better than the other products I've tried. Eye cream is always something I'm running out of so this will be handy to have anyway. Not too enamored by the BM powder. It's described as a highlighter/ finishing powder but it looks quite dark so I'm not sure how it will look on the skin. The Sanctuary serum and clay mask is a nice enough sample to try but I actually have received a few of these for free before, plus it's only a sachet sample which doesn't really give the user a good idea of what it's like. The Lacoste perfume smells nice enough but I have so many perfume samples that never seem to get used, and it's annoying to receive them when I requested I didn't want them in my beauty profile. If I'd received some of the other product options, such as the Elemis Fresh Skin Exfoliator or the Paul Mitchell conditioner I probably would have been happy. But overall I wasn't impressed with the contents of my box this month, hopefully next month will be better.
