I was looking forward to this months Valentine's Day theme. The box and packaging were so pretty to open, unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the actual contents of the box. The first thing that struck me when I opened it is the products looked really cheap. And compared to the value of other months boxes it was. I would have preferred to see a mix of skincare/ haircare products rather than all makeup. I always feel the makeup samples in Glossy Box lean towards the cheap low end brands and that's not something I'm interested in. The product I was most excited about seeing was the Narcisco Rodriguez perfume because this is one of my favourite scents. Unfortunately this was a sample and there were no discount codes included for a full size like the other products. The lipstick is probably the best product out of the rest, although I'm not too sure about the lipstick shade I received, a browny pink, I'd rather have had a more pinky red shade. After reading a few other reviews though no one seemed to like the shade they received. The mascara is an OK product to receive but I'm kind of stocked for mascara at the moment so may be re gifting this. The two products I hated were the mineral blush & the "body oil". I'm not really into mineral makeup and feel that its a bit over distributed in Glossy box, I get the same type of product ever month. also the browny shade of this blush would not suit my pale complexion. The "body oil" looks to be suspiciously like lube and I don't really think "sensual oil" was a necessary addition to the box even if it is Valentine's Day! Overall not impressed, this was probably one of the worst boxes I've ever  gotten from glossy box. Really hoping next month has some more luxury products included.
